Is scientifically formulated to reduce friction and wear, while protecting bearing and gear surfaces. It uses the existing fluids as a carrier to coat contacting interfaces throughout machinery, equipment, and metallic surfaces.

Utilizes existing rubbing friction to begin metallic reactions known as phase transformations metallurgy. The reaction hardens, smooths, conditions, and seasons, thereby reducing the wear, oxidation, corrosion, and friction. LFE’s lubricity and sustainability last 10x longer than the competition.

Infinity Lube™ prevents metal-on-metal wear. The Lubricant, through chemical reactions, causes the metal surface to bond with the oils and resins. Smoothening and hardening the surface. Infinity Lubes are a family of metal conditioner/lubricants that are fortified with the HDI-2500 technology

HDI-2500 is a metal conditioner in-place induction hardening fluid with superior lubricity. HDI-2500 is a soybean-based oil with essential oil and resin extracts whose blending technology is protected through USPTO trade secret filing. The blending process elongates molecules leaving them in a state of stress.

Heat relaxes stress out of molecules making them want to rush to the heat load zone. Heat allows the oil to thin out to a molecular level and work between contacting interfaces regardless of speed and load. This process begins at 90F. HDI-2500 has been proven to arrest tribochemicals throughout tribosystems that far exceed the highest weld load of conventional LOAs.

What is Tribo Electric Effect?

The movement between parts creates a static charge. Releasing an Iron oxide ion. This reacts with the Nitrogen and Oxygen, inducing the resins and oils into the carbon of the steel. That induction allows the steel on a micron level to go into a plastic deformation. Creating a super polished surface. The last static charge reaction with the Nitrogen and Oxygen creates a hardened surface. The carbon molecule lattice (when bonded) looks like a helix pulling the Carbon molecules in, making the steel harder. This hard-set bond locks in the resin giving a 90% reduction of friction and a 700% reduction in wear and corrosion. Conventional petroleum lubricants act as insulators, stopping the Tribo Electric Effect.

How it works?

The images are a Timken Race magnified 1000X under a Scanning Electron Microscope. Shown on the right is the smooth surface at a micron level Infinity Lube creates. This polished surface eliminates heat generating harmonic vibration and the ability for contaminants to “grab” to surface causing an audible catastrophic vibration which results in failures. Infinity Lube does not “add” or “build” material to create the smooth surfaces, the asperities are forged into the valleys of the surface.

Infinity Lube leaves the surface harder by 20 points on the Rockwell C scale.
